Kinda busy here but quickly, it was from a couple of defectors, but the UN inspectors had originally identified it as a possible site of BW/CW, and the photos seem to give some support to the claims of the Iraqis, which obviously might have had an axe to grind, as many libs here pointed out to me. I haven't bothered since those posts to follow up and look for further bits of confirmation, sorry.
