Terry,

"When you see a huge bearish spread like this weeks'- you can be pretty confident that there is a market low in the making.."

((EDIT: what timeframe are calling this market low? to compare with March 9, that was Intermediate term (a 6-month low). I would hazard a guess that this market low is violated within a month or less))

Do you follow the consensus of Rukeyser's elves (think there are 12 of them)? just curious, I used to, but only Gail Dudack was bearish back in 2000, but she was bearish for the years leading up as well.

These are just opinions of a general population, like the ones here on our board. Heck, I might think our board could do better than the consensus views (bullish/bearish) on lowrisk.com. I have entered my view there in the past, along with DJIA target, doesn't give me the sense that it's anything special.

Terry, this was an excellent call. You called this a low in the making on Aug 13. The QQQs are up about 10% since. The Nasdaq is up about 120pts (7%). The DJI is up 200 pts (2%).
