Absence of proof in this case indicates not that there were necessarily WMD present as Rumsfeld alleged, although I believe that WMD will be found, but rather that the absence of proof shows that the Administration did in fact believe the estimates and has not "planted" and had no plan to "plant" WMD to back a bogus case......

Absence of evidence is proof? That's an interesting line to take. I hope that never shows up in American courts. With that kind of logic all the innocent could be sent to prison.
