Not being a neocon, I would not know. But he was shown on the news just minutes ago. And that terrorist did call American's bastards and that is clearly talking about mr. bill who is a bastard.

It is because the world loves Clinton. Clinton is perceived to be one of the greatest US presidents ever by much of the world. Bush is perceived as the biggest idiot ever. This infuriates the conservatives who choose to focus on Clinton's sex life, and can't understand why that isn't of key importance to anybody else. Its that simple, with jealousy at its core.
