I'm sure no one cares, so I'm sending this message to myself, but I have to tell you anyway that Thai eggplant is wonderful, even better than Chinese. They're small, green and beige, and they remind me of gooseberries. The eggplant that the store called "purple eggplant," although it is rather a brick color with beige, was nearly indistinguishable in taste and texture from the Chinese. The Indian eggplant wasn't very good, not as good even as Italian. FWIW. This completes the eggplant review...
