Are we going with the Oregon Lottery spread again?

I don't think they are the best spreads but they have two important qualities, they come out fairly early in the week and they don't change as game time approaches. I'm open to other opinions and suggestions but my opinion is that the Oregon Lottery spread works good enough for this competition.
