Probably nine times out of ten high volume on an up move is good for further gains. This time it probably is too.

However just as there are days when a stock, or market, becomes oversold on huge volume days so there are days when a stock, or market, becomes overbought on high volume days.

There has to be a buyer for every seller. Huge volume can equate to exhaustion of a move in either direction.
