I would call it re-inventing ourselves, just because lack of barriers. The playing field should be level. Let Gillete, Coke, VISA, Proctor and Gamble, MDT, all the multinationls enter India at 100% ownership. Watch the Tata's, Birla's, Godrej all close shop, and the Indian folks get unemployed because of our productive goods. This will not happen. The point is there are barriers for services/goods entering India while they export stuff. It has to be a level playing field. It is too late to catch the trend. The money was made in 1996-2001. Lot of my friends opened body shops. The body shops have now transformed themselves into oursourcers since body shops are expensive.

By the way I was born in India studied in Bangalore, have two Master's from the U.S, and am a Citizen. Some thing in common though is that I too work in networking...
Sigh Anindo our day is near... Regards, Immi
