If things improve in Iraq, which they will over time, and with the second year of the 4 year market cycle coming up, Bush will win.

We'll see on the merits of the situation as we get closer to the election.

I agree. And I think Bush is doing all he can first term just in case. God help us if he is re-elected because he won't have to cater to voters anymore.
