Clearly you have those suspicions, and have gathered supporting information but not proof; and there remains plenty of evidence that seems adequate to dispel these notions for many of us. "The implication is pretty clear...his advisors are doing the job put to them. It is not unreasonable to assume that bush is responsible for setting tasks for his own advisors. These tasks have been to create lies. I see nothing wrong with arguing suspicions and seeking to detect the truth of the matter but simply declaring our honorable representatives to be "liars" without substantial proof is, well, unjust.
