This is silly pinhead semantics at its most noxious..... Bush said he had no doubt....based upon his reading of the intelligence estimates he had received from home and abroad....and I have no doubt he actually did believe....and had good cause to believe.....the naivete of these idiots who do not understand the intelligence business and thereby brand Bush a liar because the estimates did not state conclusions with metaphysical certitude is simply silly ........
