Truth is, only for the last 50 years, and for a few generations more than 2000 years ago, have the Jews been more than a small minority of the population between the Jordan and the sea. If legitimacy comes from previous possession, a dozen other nations have claims at least as good as that of God's Chosen People. Besides which, the pre-Hebrew tribes aren't extinct. I'm a treeist, a disciple of Asherah, Kant, and Jefferson. My claim predates everyone else's. I claim to be a direct descendent of one of the priests of Asherah, who Elijah ordered slaughtered on Mount Carmel (1Kings 18:40). You can't disprove my claim, as it's a matter of faith (just like yours). Here's my plan: after the Jihadists and DeathWorshippers (Jewish, Christian, and Moslem) have exterminated each other there, we treeists will patiently wait a couple of centuries, for the radioactivity to decrease to non-lethal levels. Then we'll cover the ground with clean topsoil, and plant Asherah from the sea to the Jordan. We'll put a memorial plaque on the Temple Mount, so the tourists will know where Jerusalem used to be. If you want to foil this plan, you need to make a LandForPeace deal, before Hezbollah puts Iranian-supplied nukes in their missiles. Better hurry, the clock is ticking.
