Interesting article.

Seems very odd to be redesigning your army at a time when your forces are stretched as they are. I thought it was rather odd that so many generals were quitting a soon as possible after completion of "major hostilities."

I think Rumsfeld is starring in a remake of Dr. Strangelove.
