ou would have found that military help in tracking down the snipers was hampered by the Posse Comitatus law And the sniper was caught, like other domestic crimes, by a citizen reporting back to his police department. The neofascist movement has no good reason to involve the military in domestic concerns, hence the reason must be bad. This is not a case where people are just demonstrating their stupidity, (except perhaps for the perpetually vacationing Junior Bush) but are demonstrating bad intent. TP
