I usually hate this kind of social dramma. They usually get stuck on the "women's" channel and become a made for tv mini-series. Thompson was the sreenwriter and did a beautiful job in the main role. I loved the way they treated the subject of death and dieing, and her particular portrayal of a sensitive and dignified human being going through this horrendous process was comforting. Of course the suffering with cancer part was not easy to watch and the "The Run Away Bunny" story jerked a couple of tears from my head too....Ok, I'm a turnin'....
