The next thing to try is to open a DOS window and do each of the following commands:

PING 216.63.13.30

and

TRACERT 216.63.13.30

If the PING reports any dropped packets, there's a connection problem somewhere between you and the site.

TRACERT can help identify where that problem is. If you cut/paste the results of TRACERT here, make sure to delete the first line since it's your own IP address, which you don't want to make public.

If TRACERT reports an inability to get through one of the hops, you need to let your ISP know about it.

If TRACERT comes back normal, the next step would be to make an entry in your HOSTS file (I think it sites in the System32 directory off whatever directory Windoze is in) that looks like:

www.investorshub.com [tab here] 216.63.13.30

If that doesn't work (and it sounds like it won't), you should PM me your phone number and we'll try to figure it out.
