12:21 ET NTST New High Profile -- Netsmart Technologies Inc (7.52 +0.68) One of the more intriguing names making a new high today is Netsmart, a healthcare IT vendor. The company reported earlier this month and logged a record order backlog of $25.3 mln. The co has $9 mln in cash and a very manageable debt-to-cap ratio under 10%. Trades at just 1.0x sales.... Griffin Securities, which recently initiated coverage with a Buy, says NTST is emerging as a leader in the fragmented Behavioral/Public Health market.
