Yeah, I see David Wang sold his largest block EVER in Feb 1999.

I've never put much faith in this insider selling deal when insiders own so much of the stock.

I do think insider BUYING is a valid thing to track as well as lack of selling but it is clear to me these companies really were taking shareholder value and transfering it to insiders via the option game.

From what I have read, inside trading does matter, but not so much for the Sells, but for the Buys.

As I recall, selling can be for any one of many personal reasons, tuition, new boat/car or daughter’s upcoming wedding.

But, the Buys are for one reason only, opportunity.

Keep an eye on insider transactions, especially Somekh, Morgan, Wang, and Handel..... These guys know the business and are good predictors of future sales potential.
