"We must establish a working parliament of democracies."

You cant have it both ways and eliminate the US because bush is president, just as i cant eliminate chirac. Democracy is democracy. Get over the bush thing and i will get over the chirac thing. mike

Marcos, I'm in favour of regime change in the USA. They seem to be against me instead of for me, so it's time for a change.

Bill Clinton seemed to have an internationalist bent and I liked the economic boom and his good management of crises like Mexico's financial prang. He was protectionist though - cutting imports to stop the whining USA sheep farmers from bleating about competition.

Hilary and he could do a Two For the Price of One deal and move back into the White House. She could put him in charge of Foreign Affairs and Intern Affairs [as Vice President or some other job] and she could sort out health care and education. That would get the boom going again, which people liked. War is fun in some ways, but when actual dead people [especially dead Americans] start to pile up it gets icky. It's also expensive. An economic boom is much more fun.

If King George II gets the NUN going, he could have another go. But I might have to click my mouse and pull the plug on him and give China a run. Hu Jintao seems a good bloke. I'm not sure about their sabre rattling over Taiwan though and they aren't exactly a freedom loving government [none are - including the USA].

A working parliament of democracies would be a good start. But King George II doesn't seem to be in favour of democracy and civilization. He likes big bangs and aircraft carriers and being the boss. He's got a great chance right now to do the right thing, having done the right thing with the Taleban and Saddam. He could hit a bigger jackpot than Osama, but unlike Osama's, King George II's would go down in history as a great achievement. He could be the country's greatest president ever. I'm not holding my breath as there's not much sign of co-operation. Confrontation and domination seems more the current USA style. And money-grubbing.
