just the poverty part. I left the tyranny part to the people.........as it should be. I would think that if we where going to do one and leave the other up to the people rather then try to do both, the one should be the tyranny part. I think keeping people from being abused and tortured and murdered is more justified then trying to support the rest of the world financially. Also as long as they had the tyranny they would be likely to be relatively poor. Tim
