CAVEAT: I still think the economy is improving, just not as
dramatically as has been predicted.

Well Murrey, the talking heads & analysts told us IN April,
May, June & July that stocks were ramping in expectations
of really good forward guidance indicating a marked
increase in economic activity in the 2nd half of this year.
There is a laundry list of big tech companies guiding in
line & also stating flat out that they do not see any clear
signs of increased IT spending, increased Cap Ex spending,
semi growth, etc, etc.

Considering that most companies only met or slightly beat
lowered estimates compared against last years lousy numbers
& they aren't calling for blue skies ahead, what will push
stocks higher?

Where were you when the lights went out (he said
cryptically)?
