I've got credit card debt, and nothing over 8%.
I had offers of $10k to $20k, at ZERO pct interest from MBNA since January. Those are 0% until Sept, but still.. zero, as in "nada" percent.

What is at 23%? Argentina credit cards?

Remember, personal anecdotes are the worst kind of statistic. The avg American has $8000 in CC debt.
