Jim Clark (yes, that Jim Clark, of Netscape "fame") no longer lives in the Valley and is, instead, working in Florida real estate: "The city of Miami is booming. It's vibrant in the real estate business. So we're developers now. We've gone back to making money the old fashioned way." [Business Week] You can't make up this sort of thing; it's too good. Heck, Clark even supplied his own (accidental) punch line. By the way, the Businessweek article is in the August 25 online edition and it is a hoot.
