I thought this referred to the blackout in NY. Chretien claims it was caused by lightning at Niagara Falls, which was discounted by the weather service. They say there wasn't lightning for hundreds of miles. Not a chance. What caused this? It has been confirmed it is NOT terrorists. What could it be?
