SEC 'trial-expense-reducer' deal..) and removal of his broker-dealer license for his previous manipulative activities. And, then there was something else going on with a slimy deal in south FL. That was all prior to his apparently profitable sell-off on 9-10, and subsequent arrest for subverting FBI agents to gain insider investigative information to peddle via his SI SHORTER'S GAZETTE. Perhaps that BS qualifies him as some form of Puke-rated hero for you. Your "..Clintonesque whine.." therefor makes sense. Are you uptight about the loss of your unfulfilled subscrption/refund, also...?!?
