Good for you Dealer. I hope this works out for the best for
you. Even in trading, quality trumps cost. What good does
saving a few bucks on the cost per trade if the amount you
pay for the stock costs you 20x more than the cost of the
trade? That's penny wise & pound foolish.

Dealie, I've been using Ameritrade (from Datek) and Interactive Brokers (IB). I like IB much more than Ameritrade. In fact, I don't like Ameritrade at all. Executions are nothing special, and they nickel and dime a lot. Maybe "native" Ameritrade is better. The reason I still have an account with Ameritrade is that IB only takes cash deposits, and I'm not prepared to cash in my Ameritrade account just yet. <g>

One caveat about IB is than it takes a little bit of time to get used to their interface.
