I've bookmarked the link. I've read about it, read passages from it & heard about it so much that I want to puke at it's mention. I just don't think there's any grand conspiracy with it's roots in the Project for the New American Century (PNAC). Even if Cheney, Wolfowitz & 1/2 of Bush's advisors, Cabinet members & his inner circle live, breathe & bleed PNAC (which simply isn't close to the truth), it won't result in some sinister outcome. Too many checks & balances on too many levels. Way too many senior government officials that don't believe in global hegemony or other sinister conspiracies who would stand in the way & expose it before it could get off the ground. Now global military superiority is something I fully support & I don't think that is a bad thing. If that's what PNAC is all about, we will just have to disagree. However, since I respect your vast knowledge on many things & the fact that as vehemently as we have disagreed in the past, you have not made it personal, which deserves respect. Even though I never could understand how you could be so convinced of the dangers of PNAC & Rebuilding America's Defenses, I have to admit it must be important enough for me to see for myself. I'll read it & give my two cents worth on it. Grudgingly, very, very grudgingly. So don't hold your breath. <g>
