Ray, it's interesting that more and more information is coming to light that reveals this administration as having an "ends justify the means" mentality with a low threshold for the value of the ends. Unfortunately, we are often seemingly not privy to what the real "ends" are. Just as interestingly, the Bush supporters are more and more forced to attack the messengers in the press, in scientific circles, and in circles of ex-government employees, including intelligence and military personnel. The last gasps of denial or the final march to the edge of the cliff? Unless circumstances intervene in the form of another horrible event which arouses the anger and stills the minds of our citizens, it appears that the swell of critical thinking will continue to build. Too bad there is no good alternative leadership waiting in the wings.
