Dear Our-Street.com/nick tracy enterprises
We received your letter that was filled with more lies
and false statements about us as you urgently
continue to do. You are desperate now because
we have found out the truth about you. You'll
say anything to stop the truth from coming out.
Just because you claim that you do not short
stocks, does not mean that you do not have offshore
accounts where you do indeed short stocks. You
went on record as recently as May 2003 and stated
that you shorted stocks, so what kind of lies are
you talking about now! Prove to us that you do not
short stocks, and that you and your friends are
not short Edgetech stock, and we will gladly
apologize to you. But of course, you will not
give us any proof of anything.
Edgetech has all the information they need about
our financial abilities to buy 90% of the Company
for US$1.15 a share, so if you want to print more
lies about us, go right ahead and do it, since
your credibility will be laughed at later this week
when Edgetech discloses the truth.
You have been lying to investors for a long time.
You have continually shorted stocks and then printed
terrible untrue negative things about them. You
printed lies about us and Edgetech Services. You
have made false accusations to the SEC about us.
Now that we have printed the truth about you
and your motives, you must, of course, once again
make up more lies about us. You are being
investigated for manipulating the stock of
Edgetech downward because it is the truth.
Why won't you tell people your real name?
What are you hiding? You have offshore accounts
that no one can find and you claim that you are
pefect in everything you do, and you falsely
accuse us, Edgetech, and every other company
you decide to go after.
We have found out enough negative things about you
that it is time that investors and shareholders
of companies hear the truth about Our-Street.com
We challenge you to a face to face debate on
national televsion where you can show investors
your proof and we will show investors our proof.
Let them decide for themselves. Enough of your
lies about us and Edgetech!
We are giving you no further information about us
because we found out the truth about you, and we
now know that you cannot be trusted. So go ahead
and make up more of your lies about us, and
continue in your manipulation of Edgetech stock,
which you have been doing all along. Our sole
motivation for everything we do is to enhance shareholder value, to acquire undervalued companies, and to make sure that the truth is told. Your sole motivations are to short stocks to get them down to nothing, and to lie about people you know nothing about.
We challenge you to a debate. What is your answer?

Based on the advice of our attorneys, we are
not going to allow any media people to print
any more false articles about us unless they
provide either both sides of the story, or they
provide 100% irrefutable proof that we have ever
done anything wrong. And negative untrue articles written on us are not proof of anything. On that basis, we must ask you point blank if you intend to write another article in your publication with our side of the story, or if you have decided that you will simply print negative untrue articles on us. If the later is the case, please provide us with the name of the main owner and editor of your publication, your full address, and phone number,
and where it would be most convenient for you to
be served and deposed. We are going to be filing a
major lawsuit against every single media party
there is who has ever published any false articles
on us. We will no longer tolerate false one sided negative articles on us - especially when the media has the truth but refuses to say a word about that truth. Media people such as yourselves are very good at printing false negative articles on people, but lets see you provide 100% irrefutable proof that we have ever done anything wrong to anyone. We deny every one of those negative articles on us
and state the following: The media has been on a massive witchhunt against us right from the start, but no one from the media has EVER provided 100% irrefutable proof that we have ever done anything wrong. All the media does is quote from other untrue media articles that you people made up about us. We will wait 24 hours to hear back from you,
but if we don't, we will simply add your name to the list of the rest of the liars, discriminators, and those who committed tortous interference against us. Please provide 100% irrefutable proof that we have ever done anything wrong. We deny the untrue negative articles written on us by your publication and other media publications. You have letters that we provided to you that prove that we are
genuine in putting deals together with some of the most credible and well known people in the markets. Yet you refuse to let your readers hear the truth, which is our side of the story. We will no longer tolerate lies printed up about us. Either immediately provide 100% irrefutable proof that we have ever done anything wrong, or print the
truth - which is our side of the story. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will add your name to the rest of the media who have lied about us, and you can deal with the courts. We are no longer going to tolerate the media's lies about us, and refusals to allow the truth
to be heard with our side of the story. If you did not want to receive this letter, you should have written us back right away when we first wrote to you about this matter. The lying about us by your publication and all the rest of the media must stop now. You are intentionally trying to push down the stock of Edgetech and hurting
the shareholders. We have a long term plan and a reason why we want to acquire 90% of Edgetech at $1.15 a share. Unless you know what our long term plan is, you have no right to make up things about us and Edgetech. Who appointed you prosecutor, judge, jury, and executioner of innocent people - the shareholders of Edgetech? Please provide 100% proof that we have ever done anything wrong to
anyone. We are waiting. How come none of you people from the media have EVER provided proof of anything or have EVER allowed our side of the story to be told in any of your publications? What are you afraid of - the truth being told?

From Hollingsworth, Rothwell & Roxford To Edgetech Shareholders:
There is going to be an announcement made within the next
2 - 4 trading days. After that announcement is made,
everything will be understood by the markets. Much as
we would love to post answers here today to everyone who
has asked us many questions, we need to wait until that
announcement is made before we can post any further information here. Please try to refrain from calling, writing, and bothering Edgetech and us constantly for the next few days until at least after the announcement is made. At that point we will be able to give you all of the answers you want. The announcement is very exciting to us and to all of you who have been supporting us. Please be patient. The announcement will prove our credibility and Edgetech's credibility. The reason that we want Edgetech so badly is because it is the perfect vehicle with the best management for us to acquire these other companies that will fit in so well with Edgetech's long term future. In no time the new Edgetech will have over $20 million in annual revenues and growing, $4 million in annual EBITDA, millions of dollars in cash, and no debt. Please be patient a little while longer.
