Whether one agrees with US policy or not and I can see the arguments both ways, saying that Israel is the "only" nation to benefit shows that you are just running on bias. Israel is an incidental beneficiary, but probably less than the other Arab nations that are our supposed friends. Certainly Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the oil sheikdoms can breathe easier now, as can Jordan, and even Iran. As for Iran, the "tilt" towards popular reform was probably massaged in the direction by what has happened in Iraq.
