Am I reading this information right? Did the Dept of Homeland Security swallow up the Dept of Energy?
It looks like the main Bush goal has been to completely eviscerate government controls on the utilities.
Complete chaos, that's where we're headed when we dismantle our government. Iraq looks like our future.
