That is exactly right! YOu hit the nail on the head.

The environmental wackos don't want any nuclear plants, or anything built that might disturb rats, but they goggle up electricity like there is no tomorrow, and then scream bloody murder when something like this happens.

..It's partially their fault!!!!

The commies use their "pro-environment" agenda to destabilize the US infrastructure. They are still reeling from the demise of their USSR. Their goal here is ominous, IMHO.
