No such revelation has been accomplished o-mystic-from-the-bay. The privilege you assume, which is to "know" the innermost intentions and attitudes of the characters you bash, cast innuendo toward, re-enforce rumor and perpetrate false allegations toward... is unfounded. I don't believe in mystics, so stop yer whining. You can read tea leaves and claim something has been revealed to you. Don't make it so to anybody but you, would make about as much sense as the rest of your ramblings. But feel free to stand on a soap box and preach about it...as if anybody cares. The facts of the discussion were quite simply no money, no extra pay, until or unless more money can be provided to the extra pay budget. All of the hate you spewed toward Bush was totally unfounded, as was your psycho-analysis of my attitude...nice snow job but not much else there.
