Iraqis Gloat Over US Blackout Geez, they really don't have much to lord over lately, do they? I mean, so the lights go out for a few days, and a few Wall Street types have to sleep on the sidewalk...probably a good experience for 'em, make 'em appreciate the plight of the homeless and all (not to mention the CFZ-thread denizens who haven't been able to upgrade to the van down by the river yet...).
