Yes lets keep it going (another lurker) .... maybe the "subject title" is unnecessarily narrow ?

Anyway I'm impressed with how many reits have reacted since the divi tax cut. Numerous commentators thought that reits were toast once it was clear that the tax reduction excluded reits. It seems investors were smarter than that ... they basically said ... let's play it safer than the 90's .... let's buy dividend-paying stocks and sleep better.

MLPs have done well too.

Anybody think any well-managed reits are under-valued at the moment? If so, which?

(fyi I hold WRI, HCP, DRE, GBP to cover retail, health-care, office and apartments ... and also TAREX because I think Third Ave is very well managed)
