The Road Map has put the pressure on the Palestinians to create some type of civilized society with some kind of civilized legal system. The Road Map has also put pressure on the Palestinians to confront the ruthless killers of Hamas and the other Arab mafias in the West Bank and Gaza. As long as the brutal, murdering Arab mobsters have the power in the West Bank and Gaza, the Palestinian people will NEVER get to live in a civilized society and have their own state, and the Road Map will stall in the first stage.
