Regulators have plenty of blame to shoulder but it is the mind set of USA citizens with a not in my back yard mentality that is blocking infrastructure improvement everywhere. This crisis will be on the front burner today and will move to the back of the line where interest groups, judges, lawyers can ply their parasitic decade long decision making process out of main street's purview. It's the American way and we are doomed. -S-
