Hi Jims,

I forgot to look at the COTs earlier and seeing them now gives me pause, but end of the day/end of the week buying is generally da boyz and everything else seems to point to an impending POG breakout. I am unconcerned as I have 31% cash and none of my holdings would be classified as overextended. Meanwhile, I made a few new all-time PF highs this week with one of those happening today.

Re:APG.T... all that's happened so far is that AMEX has approved APG's listing application.

Hi jims,

Yes, COTS are more evidence suggesting we are nearing a ST top, though I certainly get the sense that a fakeout breakout in POG is in store before the commercials really bring out the shithammer. That might fit with an HUI top around mid-week, as I think Louis Lambrect and SKI are suggesting. Also, a short, fast drop in general equities might help scare a few more folks from tech into into safe-haven gold to top off a final blow-off. Here is an interesting post on those lines:
