Now that's classic. You post the link, chide me for not having read it, and claim you are informed because you read it all. Then, when I quote from it and show it supports my position, you try to discredit the very source you previously touted. Classic! Deregulation in California was Gov Wilson's baby. Not Clinton, not Davis. Driven by the energy industry and their millions of dollars of lobbying. Why not? Those millions reaped BILLIONS.
