LOL, Tax dollars do not go for power plants or transmission lines. But environmental regulations do require billions in dollars that do not create any added capability in the generation of electric power. And in the current power outage it may be found that the problem occurred because of an error in understanding interactions and even if ten times the money had been invested the outage would have occurred. And if that is the reality and true, stupid people will believe idiots and slime with an agenda claiming it's all a lie.
