Yup. That's what 1440 was all about, but yall didn't even want to enforce it. Yall claimed Saddam had to pay some "grave and serious consequences" if he didn't prove disarmament by a certain time. When that time came, yall just said, "well. Okay he didn't meet the deadline, though we've been saying mess for almost 12 years. But less jess give him 45 more days and see if he keeps shooting us the moon." Forgit that mess. Bush made it clear before it even got to that point that if the UN failed to enforce its own resolution after so many years of being queer about Iraq, he would step up and take care of the thing like a man should.

Don't like it. Too friggin' bad maaan. Go to Iraq and fight for Saddam if it means so dang much to you. (grin)
