ché- I was discharged Friday afternoon. honorably? <g> i've been reading the book clappy recommended... chopra's 'quantum healing'. i bought it for my friend toni but figured i should read it first in case she asks me what it's about. it's about the natural healing process and how to help it work for you. the natural healing process is really the most miraculous and powerful of all disease control. whatever you can do mentally to aid it is important. an inspirational story like seabiscuit has to help. also, anything that relieves stress is going to be good. laughter is the best medicine. my recommendation is to get a beautiful, naked lady to sneak up on you and tickle you as many times a day as you can stand. i'm glad you've got the right attitude dude. you'll have that stummy cake dissolved very soon. be careful crossing the street - look both ways. the world needs you man. we need your vote in november 2004. <g> -dustpan
