<Can we trust the Iraqis to spend the money properly and without graft and to do more than a just a repair job that could fail in year?> Of course not -- only Americans can be trusted with control of Iraqi oil and Iraqi oil revenues -- and we should shoot anybody who says we invaded Iraq to get their oil. If they behave themselves we can dole out some of their money back to them -- but only to our friends of course. They need to learn to be "friendly" if they want to be liberated.
