I'm sure you know that the real situation is that everybody wants more services, and nobody WANTS to pay for those services, but of course some people are paying dearly AS IF they were paying for those services. Those are the tech workforce renters forced to shellout $2.5-$3K/mo to these absentee landlords who pay nothing in taxes.

So the group living in the houses today may not WANT to pay for services but they are indeed paying. The problem is the money goes into the pockets of some individual who happened to live here 20 years ago (apparently like many folks on this thread).
