Simple minded and shallow associative logic. Even if someone is the guy who signs and appears to be involved does not mean he was instrumental in making it happen.

A historical fact of someone signing does equate to giving that individual some amount of the real credit.

Unless you really know all the detail of who was who then you spouting a lot of hot air pontification. In that I see simplicistic errors of logic and association in your posts so often and I cannot recall ever seeing CY make such an error, I'd suggest you have made yourself look the fool again.

Sorry, no sale. Typical propaganda of Acheson's Stalinist State Department. He got his name on the NATO paperwork for no other reason than to deflect the public outrage over his handing China to Uncle Joe.

The original "Red Dean" gets no more credit for NATO than Teddy Roosevelt gets credit for the creation of West Germany.

Read your history over again, and try to figure some of it out for a change...
