In fact, the word "hijab" does not mean headgear. "Hijab" refers to the general practice of dressing modestly.

I'm sure somewhere in the Middle East we can find extremists who refer to Western women's dress (or lack thereof) as "visual terrorism" (!!!!!!), just as we can find people like you in the West who spout similar nonsense about Islamic culture.
