of course people would be replenishing their cash...you could only use cash in the few stores that were open for those affected by the power outage. i went to the bank machine 5 minutes after the power came back, because they were saying the power could go down again and their might be rolling blackouts. and many people who had forgotten "y2k" will be keeping more money around their premises in case of more blackouts just in case.
