Much of your last post had little to do with what I posted before. You dug up some history which is always interesting.

OH. OH! OH!! So the Soviet's were really our ALLIES all through the Cold War! Now I get it! IT ALL MAKES SENSE!

This statement by you being a gross distortion of anything I posted didn't really deserve an answer. The rest of your post was the history you dug which speaks for itself and the rest was taunting with no real intellectual purpose. So you want me to answer this?

No they were not our allies during the cold war. They were only our allies briefly during WWII because it was in the USSR's short term interest to accept allied help and it was in our interest to keep the USSR going so we would eventually have a 2 front war against Germany. That was the same allied strategy in WWI. Russia collapsing, Kerensky losing power to Lennin and Lennin making a treaty with Germany all worked against the allies. Germany could move much needed troops and equipment to the western front. The allies wanted Lennin toppled so that the new government in Russia would re-enter the war. There were several factions trying to do that. One of the major players at that time was the Social Revolutionary party. They tried a coup but failed to get Lennin and eventually the Latvian Guard defeated the SR's and order was restored.

Sydney Reilly was an agent of British MI5 at the time and was in Russia. He had an extensive spy network and was trying to pull off his own coup with the help of the British government. He was trying to bring down Lennin and install himself as the ruler of Russia. He probably thought that was his birthright being he was Russian born. The British back home got wind that Reilly had "altered" the plan and he wanted to be ruler of Russia and that scared some of them. Lloyd George reduced the number of British troops that were supposed to join Russian forces and attack the Bolshevicks from 10,000 to 500 and that caused their defeat. While Reilly was putting a new strategy into effect an unknown woman, Dora Kaplan, shot Lennin and the Red Terror started led by Felix Dzerzhinsky the head of the Cheka. He was shooting anyone at all who who could be suspected of trying to overthrow the Bolshevicks. Reilly and associates barely got out of Russia alive.

As far as Rockefeller money being given to Russians to help create a communist country it is something I read a while ago. It's certainly plausible that they would give money in a situation like that because that's how they get their foot in the door. Then later an arm and leg and eventually they run the banks in that country too. It's also possible that Reilly got Rockefeller money and even Rothchild money for his efforts. He knew them. Those bankers usually fund both sides so no matter who wins they have their consessions. But that is historically difficult to prove. I recently was able to get a copy of Reilly's auto-biography. If it sheds any light I will let you know.
