So what! A different agenda and priority, that's all it was. It was a much greater urgency to spend on finding oil supply in Alaska and Iraq. The extent of the powergrid collapse (chain reaction) was unexpected. There was expectation of local blackouts, not the whole northeast region. Anyway it was quite an experience.
