I am so glad you found and posted that. Puts to rest FOR THOSE WILLING TO READ IT questions about the Kyoto treaty (which I knew because I have followed it from inception and was opposed to it from inception for the very reasons Cheney gives) and WHY we cant just IMMEDIATELY focus ONLY on conservation. Thank God, we have an Administration that is BALANCED and REALISTIC. Can you remember Gore's book where he basically wanted to return the USA to the HORSE AND BUGGY DAYS? CRAZY!! I have felt from the beginning it was a MAJOR MISTAKE to basically eliminate Nuclear Power as an option by tying it up in so much paperwork and time consuming steps to make it impracticable to ever build another such plant in America. Had that never happened probably today we wouldnt even be TALKING about an energy problem. jdn
